  • What support does Koller Craft provide in the design & sourcing of a tool?

    We provide varying levels of support depending on the needs of your team and the project. Koller Craft has relationships with mold suppliers and can recommend a supplier, working with them to have your tool designed and built.

  • Where are molding tools sourced from?

    There are a number of injection mold suppliers around the world that Koller Craft has relationships with. We commonly source from the US, Europe, and Asia. In selecting a supplier, each has tradeoffs when it comes to lead time, cost, quality support, and location specifications (such as Made in the USA). 

  • Who is responsible for maintenance on a customer-owned tool?

    Koller Craft performs regular, preventative maintenance on customer-owned tooling to keep all molds in our plant in the best condition possible.
